Rum Creek Park Facility Upgrades
The Rum Creek Park concession stand and restrooms will be replaced with a new modular building.
October 2024: Contractor BRTU is expected to provide building drawings of the modular unit by mid-November.
September 2024: BRTU Construction is scheduled to begin demolition of the existing Rum Creek Park structure on Nov. 1, 2024. In the meantime, designs have been submitted to the building manufacturer for review before fabrication begins.
August 2024: The contractor, BRTU Construction Inc., is awaiting a notice to proceed from Central Services to start the project.
July 2024: Central Services is expected to provide the Board of Commissioners with a proposed recommended vendor on Aug. 6, 2024
